Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside you.
Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.
Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved acting. There’s something truly beautiful about stepping into someone else’s shoes and discovering the world from their perspective. It is a master class in empathy. You grow in empathy for both others and yourself. Learning to embrace the different versions of “you” that you’ve been along the way to who you are now. I believe I’m never done growing as an actor because I’m never done growing as a person.
For me, the two go hand in hand.

My favorite roles have included Ariel in The Tempest, Rosamund in The Violet Hour, and Honey in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf - for which I received the St. Louis Theatre Circle award for Best Supporting Actress.

I'm a belayed certified rock climber who is crazy about yoga.
I also love flow performance, using fire or silk fans as another form of creative expression. I am a board member of the Full Moon Jam Foundation - a charitable arts advocacy organization, with a focus on creating communities of interest, education, and creating space for performance opportunities in the object manipulation and flow movement arts.

Other passions include learning guitar, watching Star Trek, reading fantasy novels, designing LED based projects, and enjoying snuggles with my pups Piglet & Tigger.
